Theese poses are great to start bildning up some strength, balance and flexibility which is key in becoming a yogi – and, gives you a healthy posture which protects you from injuries. If you can’t get in to the pose, don’t worry. Your body just needs some time to stretch and activate thoose muscles. Keep trying some of theese poses every other day and stop in the position you are in when you feel your limit. I promise you’ll feel a very fast progress!
