  1. Lay down on your back.
  2. Tighten your stomach.
  3. Lift your arms and legs.
  4. Hold the pose for at least 20 sek. The closer you are to the ground, tougher the pose gets.

  1. Ligg på rygg.
  2. Spänn magen.
  3. Lyft upp armar och ben.
  4. Håll positionen i minst 20 sek. Ju närmare golvet du är med armar och ben, desto jobbigare blir det.
