  1. Lay down on your back.
  2. Put your hands under your but, palms against the floor.
  3. Lean back your head an open up your chest. Stop with the top of your head barely touching the floor.

  1. Ligg på rygg.
  2. Kila in händerna under rumpan, handflatorna nedåt.
  3. Luta bak huvudet och öppna upp bröstet. Låt huvudet snudda vid golvet.
