1. Lay down on your stomach.
  2. Stretch out your arms and legs.
  3. Tighten your butt and back, lift up your arms and legs. Keep your eyes in the floor, don’t over stretch your neck.
  4. Try to become as  tall as you can, reaching out as far as possible.
  5. Hold the  pose for at least 20 sek.

  1. Ligg på mage.
  2. Sträck ut armar och ben.
  3. Spänn rumpan och ryggen, lyft upp armar och ben. Håll blicken i golvet.
  4. Försök bli så lång som möjligt genom att sträcka ut så långt som möjligt.
  5. Håll posen i minst 20 sek.
