Here are some backbend-poses that you can try when you feel ready.

Try Lifting up a leg or an arm for a tougher challenge!

Climb up against a wall with your feet and feel the extra stretch.

Or simply cross your legs like a lady and drop your butt to challenge your flexibility!


Här kommer lite mer avancerade bryggor!

Testa att sträcka på ett ben eller en arm.

Klättra upp med fötterna mot en vägg och stretcha lite extra.

Eller korsa benen och släpp ner rumpan för att utmana rörligheten:)
