Blooper!

imageThis is me getting in to AND falling out of a pose haha:) 

It’s a great pose if you have problems with tight hips/hamstrings and lower back pain.

To advance, try to get up still holding your foot, further instructions coming up, just had to post this to show that there are times when I fail and fall. Yoga for me is a constant progress down a endless road, enjoy the ride!
