Played around a lot with this pose yesterday! It was a great workout and stretch. Try to spice up your bridge pose by moving your hands and feet closer together. Lock back and see if you can see your feet, maybe they’re not out of reach! Experiment by straightening one leg and feel the difference being up on your hands and down on your forearmes.
