Last year medical student trying to become a yogamaster. A year ago I could’nt hold a handstand and started practicing yogaposes. I’ve always loved hardcore training but yogachallenges is something else. It connects body and mind, gives me focus and a strong, confident body. There’s nothing like nailing that pose for the first time and like a fat bonus on top – I’ve never been this ripped before. I’ll share all my new progress and ofcourse post tutorials to inspire you to start this awesome workoutform. Hope you like it!
